The Golden Apple Awards 2025 Concludes Successfully! Macao Science Center Witnesses Educational Glory ✨

The golden apple, a symbol of the highest honor in ancient Greek mythology, shone brightly in education today at the Macao Science Center! The “Golden Apple Awards 2025” ceremony, co-organized by the Macao Science Center and the Asian Creative Education Association, concluded successfully. We thank our distinguished guests, including Dr. Chui Sai Ping, Macao’s National People’s Congress Representative and Member of the Legislative Assembly of the Macao SAR; Mr. Kevin Yeung, GBS, JP, former Secretary for Education of Hong Kong; Mr. Cheung Hung Fat, Deputy Director of the Macao Science Center; Mr. Tsang Ka Shek, Chairman of the Asian Creative Education Association; Dr. Chan Ping Cheung; and other distinguished guests who witnessed this momentous occasion and shared this momentous occasion with pioneers in education from Hong Kong and Macao. 🌟

This year’s ceremony also paid special tribute to Dr. Ho Kin Chung, the “Dr. Dongjiang Water” and “Father of Green Schools in Hong Kong,” presenting him with the “Lifetime Achievement Award” in recognition of his decades of dedication and selfless contributions to environmental protection, scientific research, and STEAM education! Meanwhile, the “Outstanding STEAM Teaching Award (Individual/Group),” “Outstanding STEAM School Education Progress Award,” “Outstanding Creative Campus Design Award,” and “Outstanding Creative Education Leader Award” were presented, comprehensively recognizing excellence and innovation in the field of education.
