Professor Ho graduated with a PhD in Botany from the University of Hong Kong.
He was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2004.
In 2014, he was appointed a Justice of the Peace (JP) by the Hong Kong SAR Government.
He is known as the "Dr. Tung Kong Water" and the "Father of Green Schools in Hong Kong."
