International painting certification:

  1. Anyone who participates in the Creative Comprehensive Painting Competition can obtain a coupon and apply for any level examination of the “International Art Examination and Assessment Center” IAEB.
  2. The first, second and third place winners can apply for any exam of the “International Art Examination Assessment Center” for free. (For details, please visit www.iaebart.org)

Purpose:

  • The theme aims to raise people’s awareness of the earth’s environ- ment and inspire public attention to protecting and caring for the earth.
  • Contestants can describe the impact of plastic pollution on marine ecosystems and marine life, and can describe ideal low-carbon lifestyles or creative carbon reduction techniques to make people cherish resources more and make Mr. Earth healthier and happier.
  • The theme will allow contestants to showcase their creative potential and artistic talents.

Entry requirements:

“Integrated Drawing” is a painting that combines a variety of materials. In addition to using wood color, pen, crayons, watercolor, plastic color and other paint tools, you can also add an appropriate amount of handicraft materials, such as rags, colored shredded paper and other environmentally friendly materials to enhance the decoration of the picture (within 50% of the whole picture), in line with the comprehensive thinking and creativity of STEAM education.

Specifications of the work:

  1. Please take a photo with your mobile phone or camera and upload the link to the online entry form on the website of the Asian Creative Education Association. Item: “Entry Link” in the “Entries” section. Format: jpg or png
  2. Artwork must be drawn flat on A4, A3 or A2 paper/canvas and can be created with any pigment and tool, but computer graphics are not accepted.

Announce results:

The judging panel will review the entries according to the judging criteria, and the winners will send their entries to the designated location of the organiser for exhibition after receiving the email notification.

Notes to Participants:
  1. Each participant is limited to one entry.
  2. Once submitted, all entries will not be returned or replaced, and all winning or unsuccessful entries will be retained by the Organiser.
  3. All entries must be created by the participants themselves, without suspicion of plagiarism or infringement, and cannot use artificial intelligence programs.
  4. The personal data provided by the participants will be used by the Organisers and Co-organisers for the purposes of the Competition and for future communication, notification of the Competition and promotion of the Contest.
  5. Once paid, the entry fee is non-refundable.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the rules of the competition, terminate or cancel the qualifications of participants, change the venue of the exhibition, etc., which will be announced on the Organiser’s website with-out prior notice.
  7. Please comply with all the Contest Rules, and by submitting the entry form, entry or payment, the participant agrees and clearly understands the Contest Rules and Declarations.
  8. The mailing fee for the certificate and certificate for participants outside Hong Kong will be paid by SF Express and paid by the participant.
  9. If the application form is not filled in clearly, is made up late, the registration fee is not paid or the information is incomplete, it will be deemed invalid, and the organizer will not be responsible for any problems caused by incorrect information. If any information needs to be amended, an administration fee of HK$100 will be charged.
  10. The judging result is subject to the decision of the Judging Committee, and the Entrant shall abide by the decision
    of the Organiser and the Judging Committee, and shall not raise objections.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition without any liability or compensation.
  12. Please refer to the rules published on the official website of the contest to submit your work. If the requirements are not met, the organizer reserves the right to reject the entry and the entry fee will not be refunded.
  13. All entries will be reviewed and will not contain inappropriate content such as inappropriate awareness, politics, violence, or pornography, otherwise they will be disqualified without notice.
  14. By submitting an entry, entrants consent to the use and display of your work by the Organiser and the Judging Committee during the Competition, including but not limited to publicity, exhibition, and release.
  15. The copyright in the entries will belong to the Organiser, and the Organiser shall have the right to use, modify and sublicense the Entrant without recourse in any form without recourse to the Entrant without obtaining the consent of the Entrant or paying any fees to him/her.
  16. The organizer has the right to publish the participant’s name, image and relevant information of the work for publicity and display, and the participant shall not ask for any form of remuneration or fee.
  17. Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of their parents, schools, teachers and guardians to register and submit their entries.
  18. After the announcement of the award, the Organiser will announce it on the Organiser’s website, please log in to view the result on the date of the announcement. The procedures for participation will be announced separately.
  19. The winning entries should be ready and simply framed at all times to keep the artwork intact and transported to the exhibition venue for review and exhibition.
  20. During the award presentation ceremony and exhibition, the copyright of all photos and videos taken belongs to the organizer, can use for any media promotion purposes.
  21. Winners will be notified by email and will be able to apply for one of the 10 levels of Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced Painting subjects in the International Art Jury for free within one year, please visit www.iaebart.org for details.
  22. Weather: If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted on the day of the Award Presentation Ceremony, the Award Presentation Ceremony will be postponed until further notice.
