The “Outstanding AI Technology Education Award” aims to recognize individuals or organizations for their outstanding performance in product innovation, design and creative skills, promote the intersection and integration of different disciplines, help students understand the application of AI in various fields, and stimulate students’ creativity and problem-solving ability through projects and practices, so that they can innovate in the future technological environment and cultivate their awareness of social responsibility.

Evaluation Criteria for the Outstanding AI Technology Education Award:

Award Criteria

  • Innovation
    30%
    The uniqueness and innovation of teaching methods or course design.
  • Learning Outcomes
    20%
    Learning outcomes and performance in AI technology education.
  • Practical Application
    20%
    The ability to apply AI technology to real-world problems, including projects, research, or internship experience.
  • Social Contribution
    10%
    Impact on society, including contributions to the community and the effect of improving AI literacy.
  • Sustainability
    20%
    The sustainability and expansion potential of the educational program, including plans for future development.

Eligibility

  • Individual awardees must have been in the industry for at least 3 years
  • corporate awardees must be registered and established in Hong Kong for 3 years or more

Judging Panel

Asian Creative Education Association Advisory Team

Privilege Offer

  • 3-5 minute achievement sharing video link to the association’s official website for one year (the video is provided by the winner)
  • Design 4 versions of personal and organizational electronic albums (personal or organizational information and photos are required)
  • Free display of personal/institutional name and logo and information link on the association’s official website for one year
  • Priority to be invited to attend and co-organize the association’s academic research, workshops, seminars, academic exchange groups and other activities
  • Invited to attend the Asian Creative Education Association dinner every year to exchange ideas with various industries (if appropriate)
  • Consultant of Asian Creative Education Association

Required application materials

  • Applicants must complete the application form and attach a recent color photo (ID size)
  • Applicants must submit a resume outlining their achievements with supporting documents.
  • The selection committee will interview individual applicants based on their circumstances.

Notes:
  1. Winners or organizations must consent to the publication of their names/organizations and authorize the Institute to process and use their personal or organizational information for communication, promotional, and educational demonstration purposes.
  2. The Institute reserves the right of final decision regarding the judging process and reserves the right to amend the judging rules, awards, and other award-related arrangements without prior notice.
  3. The judging panel will determine the results, and applicants may not object.
  4. The Asian Institute of Creative Education will publish the winners’ list, information, acceptance speeches, and other information on official media outlets to congratulate you.
  5. All video and filming of the awards ceremony (if applicable) belongs to the organizer and co-organizers and may be used for academic exchange and promotional, educational, and publicity purposes.
Declaration :
  1. The information and supporting documents submitted herein are true and verifiable to the best of the applicant’s organization’s knowledge.
  2. The applicant understands and agrees that if any information submitted herein and/or any supporting documents attached hereto are inconsistent with the facts or are intended to mislead the judging panel, the applicant’s/the applicant’s organization’s nomination will be deemed invalid.

  3. The applicant/the applicant’s organization authorizes the organizer to use its trademark, organization/leader profile, photos, audio, and video for promotional purposes.

  4. The applicant/the applicant’s organization will not in any way (whether financially or otherwise) influence any decision of the organizer and/or the judging panel.

  5. The applicant/the applicant’s organization has not been prosecuted for any criminal or civil offense at any time in the past or present.
